It’s really confusing at first. Are you using the English option? That makes it relatively easy to sign up for what you want. I’m not sure if I can give any more specific advice than that! 

The most annoying part is that you have to use IEX to pay. Internet Explorer always crashes at least twice while I’m trying to pay because it sucks and then I have to enter my address all over again.
